In order to cover the expenses generated by publications and other means of disseminating the results, fruit of projects granted by the Carlos III Health Institute, the funding details must be correctly referenced in the “Funding” section, at the end of the brochure, or in the current presentation.

The beneficiary is obliged to refer to the subsidy received in all those publications and other results that are directly derived from the subsidized action.

The mention must contain the following elements:

1. Indication of the identification code assigned to the aid or project (file).
2. An express and literal reference to “Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII)” as the financing entity.

An express reference to the co-financing of the European Union through the statement “Co-financed by the European Union”.

Examples in Spanish:

1. “This study has been financed by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) through the project “XX/XXXXXXX” and co-financed by the European Union.
2. “Project “XX/XXXXXX”, financed by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and co-financed by the European Union”

In order to comply with communication and advertising regulations, the following logos must be added to all dissemination material (posters, presentations at conferences, material to distribute the study and that must be photocopied) of projects that are funded by the ISCiii/FEDER, you can download them here:

In the special case of articles (publications, translations, etc.): we are asked to justify: title, journal of publication, date of publication and acknowledgements. As in the previous point, in order to verify the requirement of publicity, the acknowledgements must include:

“Project carried out with the support of the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya, in the call corresponding to the year 20xx for the granting of subsidies of the Strategic Plan for Research and Innovation in Health (PERIS) 2016-2020, modality Research projects oriented to primary care, with the file code SLT002/1x/xxxx.”

Any project-related expenses that are intended for the public or participants (posters, questionnaires, attendance certificates, brochures, presentations, etc.) will contain a statement informing who has received funding:
