This year Bellvitge Hospital Innovation Days have dealt with health in Metaverse and other realities, with the focus on the integration of artificial intelligence, data management, robotics, interconnection, telemedicine and improving processes through virtual and immersive reality.
These are two new multidisciplinary profiling groups that will focus, respectively, on the quality and safety of patients in Primary Care and on infectious diseases and vaccination within the paediatric population.
The study, led by Dr. Francisco Martín, coordinator of the Tarragona-Reus USR of the IDIAPJGol, deals with a smoking cessation program for active smokers between 35 and 70 years of age in Camp de Tarragona.
The project has been done in response to the need to have outdoor meeting spaces arising during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, it can also be used as a fresh work space or for recreational and resting activities.
IDIAPJGol is currently migrating to Fundanet, a software designed and built specifically for research management. It is a widely used program in the sector and also internationally, which puts us at the level of the main research centers.
