IDIAPJGol welcomes two new research groups
These are two new multidisciplinary profiling groups that will focus, respectively, on the quality and safety of patients in Primary Care and on infectious diseases and vaccination within the paediatric population.
On the one hand, the Quality and Safety Research Group of the Patient of Tarragona (QiSP-Tar) It is a group that gathers members who work together in the area of quality and safety of patients in Primary Care and with great impact on the whole community. The research team consists of professionals from different regional and national research and health entities. Its main objective is to enhance quality and safety research for patients with the aim of providing safe and quality care for the citizens.
On the other, the research group in Catalonia in Vacunes and Pediatric Infections (ReCaVIP). It is made up of paediatricians and nurses of Primary Care who have previously developed joint projects in the field of child health on infectious diseases, vaccination and aspects relating to the consequences that may entail for the paediatric population. Its main focus is the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in childhood.
