The Living Lab of the IDIAPJGol (Real World Lab) has been chosen as one of the 28 living labs that are part of the validation initiative via users (ULabs) of the European Institute of Technology (EIT Health).
Yesterday, April 20, IDIAPJGol and the ICS delivered grants for research in primary care with the aim of supporting research by professionals at the first level of care. The different categories of grants are intended both to give a boost to the already consolidated research staff, and to encourage the most novice professionals.
From The Collider every year we select the 15 projects that best solve the challenges of the industry and invite them to participate in the program. For this reason, The Collider awards a distinction of €2,000 to each of these 15 selected projects with the aim of promoting the validation of science with industry. The NystaREC project promoted by the research group VERTAP, is one of the selected.
This risk calculator is of practical application in the clinical work of primary care and the result helps the health professional to make decisions at the same time. Its development has required research work over the last eight years and the participation of patients and professionals from 10 European countries.
For yet another year, the Jordi Gol University Institute for Research in Primary Care (IDIAPJGol) and the Catalan Health Institute (ICS) will award grants for research in primary care with the aim of supporting research by top-level professionals assistance.
