Success of the II IDIAPJGol Innovation Conference

On March 22, the conference 'Innovation: the way to improve the health of our society' took place, organized by the IDIAPJGol. With more than 120 people registered, the conference took place in the ICS auditorium and was broadcast live, reaching up to 65 people connected.

For the day we had different speakers who explained their experiences with very different profiles within the universe of research and innovation. The inauguration was led by Yolanda Lejardi, Managing Director of the Catalan Health Institute (ICS), Josep Basora, Director of IDIAPJGol, and Francesc Iglesias, Deputy Director of the ICS. Two presentations followed. In the first, David Verde, head of the IDIAPJGol Innovation Agency, presented this service. The second was offered by Mario de la Cuesta, responsible for innovation at IDIBELL, who contributed other innovation experiences in the ICS environment.

Two round tables were then held, one of them led by researchers who explained their experiences in innovation,and the second starring byfour very different profiles in innovation. Finally, the most interactive part of the day took place with the Quizziz tool, and consisted of two collaborative games in which both the people attending the event and those connected by streaming participated live.
