In order to request a certificate, the researcher must be registered in the GIR.
An email must be sent to the following email address: gir@idiapjgol.org, indicating the name and surname of the researcher who needs it, the full title of the project, and if possible an identification code for it (IDIAP code, CEI code, file code).
Training certificates must be requested from formacio@idiapjgol.org
Certificates for old projects (before 2006) cannot be issued if the corresponding documentation is not available to validate it.
Once the certificate has been issued, you can download it from your personal file in the GIR.
Specifications for each type of certificate
In all cases:
No project that is not approved by the CEI will be certified. Except in exceptional cases where an observation is recorded identifying that CEI evaluation is not required and the reason.
Individual applications will not be accepted from those researchers who are not listed as collaborators or associates in the project. In these cases, validation from the IP or authorized person of the study will always be requested.
The certificates will be issued by default in Catalan (CT), but upon express request they may be issued in one of the other two languages (Spanish or English, ES or EN), as long as they are available.
Below you will find the specifications according to the type of projects:
Competitive Projects
Competitive projects may be certified once the final resolution has been issued.
In the case of projects not managed by IDIAP, the participation of AP researchers may be certified. In this case, they will always be as associated researchers. We will need them to send us the resolution from the funding entity stating the amount obtained, as these are fields that appear on the certificate.
Non-Competitive Projects WITH funding
They can be certified upon signing the agreement.
Non-Competitive Projects WITHOUT funding
They can be certified once the study is completed and we have received a final report.
Studies promoted by the industry (AGICAP)
Only those studies that have been approved by the IDIAP CEI and for which the corresponding agreement has been signed with the study promoter will be certified
Only those researchers who are included in the agreement may be certified as IP.
Collaborators of a center may be certified directly as long as payments have been made; otherwise, the approval of the person in charge of their center will be required.
Those studies of patient referral will not be certified.
