The Technical Office is a management support unit and manages aspects of scientific production, data analysis and quality, tools and instruments to support researchers, and data protection.

Functions

Management Support

  • Collaborate in the development of the IDIAPJGol Strategic Plan.
  • Review and monitoring of different circuits such as project entry, training stays, issuance of certificates, etc.
  • Preparation of the annual report of the IDIAPJGol
  • IDIAP Website Maintenance

Scientific Production

  • Management of scientific production and bibliometric impact analysis
  • Resource management and communication with the Health Library
  • Management of the Fundanet curriculum management system
  • Management of research groups

Tools and platforms to support researchers

  • Management of tools and instruments to support researchers in the areas of questionnaires, whether on paper or online
  • SIDIAP and CC SIDIAP support

Analytics

  • Quality control of Fundanet and GIR information
  • Preparation and management of indicators both internal to the institution (Board of Trustees, Quality, etc.) and external (ICS, SIRECS and SICTI, UAB, etc.)

Data protection

  • As the Institution’s Data Protection Coordinator (CPD), she manages the data protection part of the entity, is the communication channel with the DPD, and provides support and advice in the management of Impact Assessments (AIPD).
