The Board of Trustees appoints an Executive Committee, which has the administrative and representation functions attributed to it by the highest governing body of IDIAPJGol, in accordance with the Statutes.

Prepare and approve proposals for research and training activities and programs within the IDIAPJGol.
Allocate budgetary resources to the different research and training programs.
Decide and authorize projects on technical and administrative facilities and investments based on the priorities and interests of IDIAPJGol.
Execute and enforce the agreements of the Board of Trustees relating to matters within its competence and all those that may have been the subject of delegation.
