IDIAPJGol is a company that promotes working conditions that prevent sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, through specific actions, among which we highlight awareness, sensitization, training, detection mechanisms, sanctions, and procedures for filing complaints and reports, as well as the appointment of a person responsible for these matters.
We are committed to ensuring confidentiality in cases of sexual harassment and/or harassment based on sex, as well as protection against possible retaliation.

IDIAPJGol, together with the other 18 health research centers in Catalonia, signed the Gender Equality Commitment Charter within the framework of the first Gender Summit in Health Sciences, promoted by the Department of Health and the Catalan Agency for Health Quality and Assessment (AQuAS).
The Gender Equality Commitment Charter includes 12 commitments to gender equality and a work plan.
