The IDIAPJGol Training Unit was created in 2013 to unify and enhance research training within the field of Primary Health Care, as one of its strategic lines.

It will catalyze training activities related to research, so it is open to studying the feasibility and helping to plan, if necessary, training activities within this field.

Functions

• Planning of continuing education (face-to-face, semi-face-to-face, distance or E-learning) and also of training exchanges
• Relationship with other entities to increase collaboration and teaching agreements with other national and international organizations, especially in the training of residents of different specialties
• Management of the training offer (portfolio of services) to offer it to other entities.
• Offer a monitoring and tutoring program, favoring the reception of students who want to carry out their master’s thesis, their doctoral thesis, who have the opportunity to participate in our projects and contribute their work to research in primary care
• Grow the research skills of Primary Care professionals.
• Promote research in Primary Care to people starting in the health professions
• Carry out continuing education and improvement of active researchers
• Stimulate new research projects
