The OTM-R working group of the IDIAPJGol used the report of the working group of the human resources management team of the EU in OTM-R. The systematic review of our recruiting tools against the OTM-R checklist has improved the internal analysis of the IDIAPJGol and derived in improved recruitment of talent and an OTM-R policy.

The result is the current IDIAPJGol OTM-R policy of October 2017.

The OTM-R Working Group of the IDIAPJGol is constituted by staff from the following departments:
  • Project Management Unit
  • Human Resources
  • Management
  • Economic Area
  • Scientific Area
  • Quality Unit

This working group was constituted in 2016 following the Euraxess publication on the policy of open, transparent and merit-based recruitment of researchers (OTM-R).
