Rafel Ramos renews as coordinator of the RICAPPS network

The ISCIII has awarded six new projects and one intensification to researchers from IDIAPJGol

The coordinator of the Research Support Unit in Girona, Rafel Ramos, will continue as the coordinator of the RICAPPS network (Network for Research in Chronicity, Primary Care, and Health Promotion) for another year.
RICAPPS is the network that promotes health research through primary care strategies, prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management. Additionally, it drives patient-centered interventions and innovative methodologies with a gender perspective. With various research and care groups distributed across autonomous communities, it contributes to scientific development and the improvement of healthcare services.

The announcement of this renewal was made within the framework of the publication of the final results of the Strategic Health Action (AES) 2024, the funding package of the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII). This year, IDIAPJGol has received funding for six new projects in which it participates and one intensification.
