Presentation of the I COMLL Award for a research project in Primary Health Care 2021

The Official College of Physicians of Lleida (COMLL), with the collaboration of the IDIAPJGol and the Catalan Institute of Health Primary Care Lleida, awarded its 1st COMLL Award to the 2021 Primary Health Care research project on March 18.

The objective of these awards is to encourage research in the field of Primary Health Care in Lleida. Both by the IDIAPJGol and by the COMLL, this scholarship for Primary Care has been valued with great enthusiasm, since most of the awards are organized for medical specialists.

In total, 11 research papers were presented in the call, in which the applicability of the conclusions has been valued above all. The important participation of residents in these projects stands out.

The prize has been awarded to Dr. Cristina Molins Rojas for her project “Usefulness of population screening for cognitive impairment in the population of Lleida”. The winner has received the prize endowed with the single and indivisible amount of €1,500 and the certification of the achievement of the prize.

The second and third best scores went to Dr. Anna Pons and Dr. Dolores Rodrigo, respectively.
