Elisabet Castro joins the GAVINA Group after winning a PERIS PreDoc

The first PERIS for PreDoc won in Primary Care has been for Elisabet Castro Blanco, who joins the GAVINA Research Group.

 The scholarship is until December 2024 and during it, the researcher will carry out her doctoral thesis at the Rovira i Virgili University. The title of his thesis will be "Mathematical model to predict the influenza epidemic. PREVIGRIP study" and its directors will be José Fernández Sáez and María Rosa Dalmau Llorca. 

The Group for the Evaluation of Interventions in Primary Care (GAVINA) aims to evaluate health interventions in Primary Care to provide useful evidence in decision-making to improve care work. The IP of the group is Maria Rosa Dalmau.
