Equality Plan

 

 

Many scientific institutions in Europe share the objective to increase the participation of women in science, as reflected in the results of the public consultation promoted by the European Commission to define the new Research and Innovation Programme Horizon 2020, which will determine the research funded by the European Union in these coming years.

Even though equality and non-discrimination on grounds of gender, age, family circumstances etc. were already corporate values in the IDIAPJGol, we had not previously implemented an Equal Opportunities Plan as such. In consequence, we decided in 2017 to formulate this plan and to initiate the implementation of these principles during the last trimester of 2017. This plan has been updated in 2022.
