Presentation:  

This is the unit that manages the organisation's IT strategy and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the applications, platforms and infrastructures required by the corporate information channels or systems that support organisational and business processes. We currently use the GIR platform, from which we manage all research projects and the SIGRID economic management programme.

 

Functions:

· Regarding IT support and maintenance:

• Resolve general IT incidents
• User support
• Purchase of necessary IT equipment

 

· Regarding system administration:

• Monitoring public servers and networks
• Data backup
• Antivirus
• Email management
• Access controls

 

 Regarding the development and maintenance of information systems:

• Development of the programs, applications or technological platforms available to us.
• Updates and modifications of the existing ones
