Economic Project Management

Presentation:  

This unit manages the financial aspect of research projects, clinical trials, training activities, and any other research fund.

Its objective is to ensure optimal management of the resources of research projects and other funds.

Functions:

• Competitive projects (national and international). Accounting of income and expenses. Allocating SIDIAP expenses if necessary. Regular financing monitoring. Budget review (pre-award). IP guidance. Preparation of reports. Conduct audits, if necessary.
• Non-competitive projects. Accounting of income and expenses. Allocating SIDIAP expenses, if necessary. IP guidance.
• Management of funds. Accounting of income and expenses. IP guidance.
• Clinical trials. Accounting of income and expenses. Regular financing monitoring. IP /client guidance.
