Promotion of Health in the Rural Scope
Description
The PROSAARU group is an interdisciplinary group made up of professionals from the Catalan Health Institute of Central Catalonia. The group shows a composition that meets the requirements of coherence and interdisciplinarity, which guarantees the efficiency and balance of operation and also production. Currently two members of the group have been awarded with competitive projects, these are two projects that pursue the line of work of the group. The purpose of the group focuses on the work of healthy living habits, which until now we have worked individually and from different perspectives. Initial lines of work: Benefits that physical activity can bring in different stages of life, habits and hygiene of sleep, influence of social factors on health.
